Each of our 12-week holistic healing programs offer a cohesive, one-on-one coaching approach guiding our clients toward improved metabolic and mental health. Gain control, reduce, and even eliminate the symptoms and struggles associated with anxiety, depression, and stress. Become metabolically healthier by losing abdominal weight, lowering blood sugar, and regulating cholestrol/triglyceride levels. Take advantage of the body’s natural healing process!
Each program is tailored to coincide with the client’s current state of health with a goal of progressing through the next phase and ultimately independent healthy living.
Program 1: Recover
Our 12-week Recover Program is designed for people who are experiencing health issues and simply don’t know where to start. Phase 1 is about halting any regression, stabilizing metabolic markers, and establishing a mental foundation for success. We focus on reframing, winning the game of change, and laying the groundwork toward setting ourselves up for near future improvement.
Program 2: Restore
The 12-week Restore Program picks up where Recover finishes with renewed focus on improving our health situation moving to achieve an improved level of metabolic and mental health where our clients experience more energy, better sleep, heightened mental clarity, confidence, and better metabolic markers.
Program 3: Regain
The Regain Program helps those clients looking to get to the next level and regain lost performance. Stepping off from our Restore Program, this 12-week program now looks toward advancing health, fitness, and performance; we help clients build muscle, lose fat, feel great, and acheive more. This phase focuses on growth and fostering the best version of our client’s self and attaining those next level goals. Athletes see improved performance, hobbiests experience personal bests, and enthusiasts more joy in their activities.
